In case of resignation refunds are not possible, but you can change the name of ticket holder to a different person of the same gender. In this case you need to pay the difference in price between your ticket and a current price. Also you need to even out any Cachback program discounts you used to buy your ticket. Change is possible only until 23.01.2026.
 
You can also move your payment to a different event taking place in LOFToDANCE during next 365 days. The amount you can use depends on the moment of sending us information about your resignation at info@loftodance.pl.
Information up to 60 days before event: 100% of your payment minus 40 zł fee
Information up to 30 days before event: 80% of your payment
Information up to 14 days before event: 60% of your payment
Information up to 5 days before event: 40% of your payment
IInformation 1 day before event, or later: 25% of your payment
