In case of resignation refunds are not possible, but you can change the name of ticket holder to a different person of the same gender. In this case you need to pay the difference in price between your ticket and a current price. Change is possible only until 20.09.2024.
 
You can also move your payment to a different event taking place in LOFToDANCE during next 365 days. The amount you can use depends on the moment of sending us information about your resignation at info@loftodance.pl.
Information up to 60 days before event: 100% of your payment minus 40 zł fee
Information up to 30 days before event: 80% of your payment
Information up to 14 days before event: 60% of your payment
Information up to 7 days before event: 40% of your payment
IInformation 1 day before event, or later: 25% of your payment
